Concrete Canvas 2022: 10 local artists created designs on a row of bollards for Concrete Canvas 2022. However, one of the bollards had been knocked down by a vehicle and only a stump was left. One of the artists assigned to a different bollard decided to paint the stump gold. Lily came into festival HQ wanting to get involved in the festival and asking if there was anything she could paint on… The Golden Nugget was born!

Concrete Canvas 2023: Lily was back as our youngest artists of 2023, she was completing her GCSE's whilst painting this openreach cabinet. The fox depicted is called Mickey and was a fox that her mum had helped rescue.

Artists Profile: Rumours circulate that Lily isn't real, she's a gimmick, made up by Concrete Canvas organisers to lend some semblance of charm and humanity to the festival.
