Concrete Canvas 2023: 12 local artists created designs on a row of bollards for Concrete Canvas 2023.

Artists Profile: I was born in Chelmsford and raised in the Maldon area. I have a background in fashion design and teaching Art and I am currently co-owner of REco Store in Tiptree, an eco refill shop. After a few years creating and selling my own artwork in and around the Chelmsford area, I took a couple of years out to concentrate on my eco business. But now I'm back! I need to create again and Concrete Canvas has provided me with an excellent opening and opportunity to do so. Inspiration for me comes from 20th century pattern. The art Deco period in particular. I like combining this with the female form in movement and also 20th Century heroes of mine like Georgia O'Keefe.
