The Annual Chelmsford For You CM1STMAS Community Awards are back!
It’s no secret that Chelmsford is full of some incredible and inspirational individuals, who are passionate about making a difference in their local community. Over the last three years, Chelmsford For You have had the pleasure in providing an opportunity to recognise and celebrate some of these heroes!
We’re excited to be bringing the awards back again in 2023, where once again, the winners will be switching on the Christmas Lights for the city on Sunday 19 November.
We're looking for individuals who have had a positive impact on the Chelmsford community and those around them, across three categories:
Inspirational Young Person (Under 18s)
Inspirational Adult (18+)
Environmental Champion
Key dates for this year's awards are:
Monday 18 September – Nominations open
Sun 15 October – Nominations close
Monday 16 – Friday 20 October – Shortlisting period
Monday 23 October – Voting goes live
Sunday 2 November – Voting closes
Sunday 19 November – Winners Announced and Switch on Chelmsford’s Christmas lights
