SHAUNA BLANCHFIELD

Irish muralist and street artist, based in South-East London. Shauna’s visual arts practice is grounded in figuration and reflects how self-definition is informed by place. She is interested in questions of unreliable memories, collective social identity, and inter-dependence. Shauna’s recent work investigates the enchanting energy of illumination, a visual investigation of the playfulness of light illusion and a desire to bring a little magic to the mundane.

Shauna is an alum of London School of Muralism and a member of WOM Collective. She’s appeared at Meeting of Styles France, Off the Wall Prague, Cheltenham Paint Festival, Southend City Jam, Swindon Paint Festival, Deptford X and the Junkyard Jam.
